Product Description

Spa quality hair care! SLS-free means no sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate - a suspected carcinogen and known skin irritant. Great for color treated hair, helps your hair color last longer. If you are trying to achieve thicker, longer, or healthier hair, this is the product for you. I've sold out of this shampoo at every trade show I've attended. Choose unscented, real Caifornia orange, french lavender or mountain mint (rosemary, sage, peppermint and spearmint) essential oils - absolutely NO chemical fragrance.
Ingredients

Aqua (Water), Aloe barbadensis (Organic Aloe) Juice, Sodium Olefin Sulfonate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt), Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Hydrolyzed Silk Protein, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Oil, Anthemis nobilis (Organic Chamomile) Extract, Calendula officinalis (Organic Calendula) Extract,  Symphytum officinale (Organic Comfrey) Extract, Ascophyllum nodosum (Organic Kelp) Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C), Citric Acid.

Recent testimony: After going through chemotherapy, my hair grew back thin and frizzy. I used Ja Nene SLS-free shampoo and conditioner and after only a month or so, my hair was growing thicker. After only 3 months, it had to be cut because it was getting too long! I get many compliments on my hair. Many of my friends started using it, too, and they love it. No one believes I'm 92 years old! D.N., CA

What is SLS? It stands for sodium lauryl (or laureth) sulfate. This chemical is in most cleansers and shampoos, dish detergents, and many other products that need bubbling action for cleaning. The problem is that it has been proven harmful and is only allowed in "rinse-off" personal products. I defy anyone to show me that absolutely ALL of the shampoo or conditioner we apply gets rinsed off and none of it absorbs while we're shampooing. The residue left behind can not only result in unhealthy hair, it can cause disease long-term. And they want us to use this when we're recovering from cancer or other diseases? Please, please - even if you don't buy this product from me, consider using SLS-free products as much as possible, especially if recovering from cancer. For more information about SLS, research the database at Environmental Working Group. Thanks and Good Health to you.
