This uplifting essential oil of Clary Sage (Salvia sclaria) comes from Bulgaria. It is often used in aromatherapy, either by itself or in blends. According to Tisserand's studies, it is used in the bath (warming, tonic and relaxing) and blends well with lavender. This essential oil can be safely used on the skin at 10 drops per ounce of carrier oil. Never apply any essential oil to your skin unless it is properly diluted.
