Legendary Lavender is the work-horse of aromatherapy. Often used for its subtle relaxation, it is also a great treatment for a large variety of conditions. We use Tisserand's aromatherapy methods - but there are many. Lavender can be safely used on the skin at 10 drops per ounce of carrier oil. Never apply any essential oil to your skin unless it is properly diluted.
